Please read carefully as this contains important information regarding payment processing,obligations, and limitations that may apply to you when purchasing from our website.

Payment

We accept most major credit cards. All payments will be processed up front and your card will be charged as soon as your order is placed. Your billing and shipping address must match in order to complete a transaction on this site. Make sure your information is correct as well as the spelling for all information being input into the system. Incorrect card information or wrong address will cause delays or cause the order to be canceled. Should this occur funds will be put back on the card used to process the order. No exceptions!

We reserve the right to refuse any payments on orders we feel do not meet our guidelines or payments we feel may be fraudulent. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be lead to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

Processing/Shipping

After placing your order processing takes 2 -3 Business days. Business days are as follows Monday – Friday ONLY! Once the order has been processed the order will then be shipped out and you will be emailed a tracking number. Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping. Please allow the necessary time to process and ship your order. PHO is not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather or environmental factors. Due to new circumstances we are experiencing we do ask If hair is needed for a specific event we truly suggest ordering ahead of time to allow for un foreseen measures.

Please be advised the 2-3 days for processing is NOT included in the 7-10 business days for shipping. These are two separate time frames. So in total it may take 10-14 business days to receive your merchandise. Remember your items may come sooner but we always recommend the 10-14 business days in total to receive your merchandise.

Tracking numbers will be sent out once package has been shipped.

All orders must be signed for.

Returns/Exchange

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority however due to the nature of the product we DO NOT accept returns/exchanges unless it is due to our negligence i.e PHO sent the wrong length, wrong color, wrong item etc. Should this take place please contact our customer service team immediately upon receiving your order. Should we find that your order was processed incorrectly you have two options available to you. The first option is to return the item(s) for exchange. All items being returned must be in their original packaging and hair can not be altered in any way. Once items have been returned and received at our office a new order with expedited shipping will then be sent out to the customer. The second option is a full refund. You will need to ship the item(s) back to our office in their original packaging and hair can not be altered in any way. Once received and inspected and the hair is in its original state a full refund will be issued on the card used to process the order. No exceptions!
